Yay! I'm glad it's back! I'm pleased to see a new format here that I've enjoyed elsewhere. It's attractive and functional. The only glitch was having difficulty signing in when I returned - had to go through the change password exercise. :(

    Oh well, all's well now.

Oops - looks like the old signature needs some fixing up, too!

It must have just happened in the last day or two. I was having trouble navigating around the last time, taking to long for threads to load so i just assumed too many people were online so I gave up for the day. Danny's email was my first inkling that something new was up. I too had to do the exchange password dance as well. I always still logged on so I couldn't remember my password anyway. So far like the new site.

Is it not a little scary to think that at least 6 people report having physical or psychiatric symptoms from PriusChat being down for the upgrade?

Well, a little scary, since I was afraid I was going to become one of them toward the end.

[derails thread] OOoohh! a multiple choice poll! Yet another new and fun feature of the new software!

Personally, I was too busy this weekend to check in. I didn't even notice until I got the email saying the site was back.

But it's back, and BADDER THAN EVER!!!
... or is it WORSE than ever?? ;)

You know the worst thing was my silly browser stores the login info and wouldn't work with the new software. So I tried to log in manually and that didn't work! I finally reset my password and that still didn't work.

I finally figured out even though I was manually entering the password the silly browser (Firefox) was changing it to what IT thought it should be. Cleared all the stored usernames/passwords in Firefox, reset my password manually, and was finally back in! Clearly the computer is not smart enough to realize how close it came to flying across the room! ;)

I also had to go through the reset password routine. I selected the same one I used before though. I can cancel the apointment I made with the shrink and start sobering back up now. Too late to take back all the kicks to the dog and yelling at the neighbors. Now I can start putting my life back togeather again along with all the dishes I broke ( wich wasn't really my fault, all I did was rip the cabinet off the wall) So I'm glad to see it back up before things really got bad.

Ditto... Good thing Danny has such computer-savvy (and understanding) fans! I wonder what happened to the member since, model year, etc info. If Danny can't restore that we might need to re-enter it.

    passwords...

Yeah, the only problem was the password thing. Had to go change it to a new one and then back to the old one. Thought I was just getting senile, but glad to see others have had the same problem.

    Looks sharp, Danny!

Good luck with it, I hope it doesn't burn too much lube oil.

ah, but it does! it's a diesel that runs on waste vegetable oil. :D doesn't burn much oil from what we can tell, but the valve cover does leak.
