My blower motor has failed. According to the flat rate manual the R&R job is only 0.5 hours. So it should be simple. I look at the Prius maintenance manual and it looks like I have to rip half of the a/c system apart.

Can someone tell me what really needs to be done.

    Thanks,

I'm out at the hobby farm so I don't have the pdf's with me. I thought it just dropped out the bottom of the case like on my FJ?

We had our blower motor replaced under warranty once already (2005 Prius), and now the replacement is going bad. We're out of warranty, so I figure I can just do the job myself. Anyone have leads on where to get a new or re manufactured blower motor for an '05 Prius?
