That second one is very cool...but I suspect tough and expensive to make.

Those are both very nice. I think Brian may have a winner.

I would put either of those on my car, but I like the first one more.

I don't so much like the first one, for the reason I stated earlier, but also because I think it's a little cluttered, visually. The second one I like, and I would think it'd be cheaper to produce than any of the ones posted yet because it's one solid piece.

I haven't looked into it, but the places that do custom emblems may be able to take a master positive (i.e. one of these design, but in physical form) and cast it... probably with resin and painted w/ chrome-looking paint. If that's the case then I could deliver a 3D file (.stl or stereo-lithography format) to a rapid-prototyper who could essentially "print" out a 3D master model which could be used to make a mold.

So it's not impossible... and once you get into any sort of volume, probably quickly much less expensive than having even a simple design machined out of metal. Even cast aluminum would be cheaper than machined.

I would think a light weight plastic with a metal or chrome paint treatment would be easier to attach to the car with some sort of glue or adhesive since it would be much lighter.

You should be able to define the logo nicely in one color metal IF you make one T higher than the other, and possibly use some texturing to darken one or other of the Ts.

I'd see the first T as taller and plain metal, the second tee "lower" and darkened....

I like the second one as well, although I think the ENHANCED in the logo is a nice addition and more descriptive. If Brian agrees you'll want to tweak that simpler, cleaner design

If it's going to be machined out of metal, height and especially length/width may end up an issue. Unless you keep it small you're trying to put a flat logo on the body of a car that has no flat surfaces. The longer or wider it is, the more this becomes apparent.

Ichabod's logo sure looks pretty nice.

Now on to my crude entry:D, I noticed the BT would not fit after the HSD so in order to make it work the BT would need to go in front. You could engrave/machine the word "TECH" and instead of having blue dividing the letters just machine it down thinner.

Thanks to everyone that has contributed to this thread with their own designs and ideas.

So far my favorite has been designed by Ichabod and is posted below. I think at this point a poll would be in order.

Here is my pick so far:
