I have been trying to program my 07 Prius to remember my login for voice mail but it just dials the number even through I have programmed pauses and then the password. Is there a way to make this happen? Is it a bug. Also does the "wait" function cause a wait until I do some other act to send the password and if so how do i get to to do that?
    Thanks for any help

Did you try adding several pauses instead of just one?

    Yes,
I have tried more than one pause followed by the password. It just does nothing after dialing the initial number. It works fine if i do it from the phone itself using the pause function that my Blackberry provides.

If you navigate through the Toyota "Let's Talk" web site, you can see the features that your phone has with your specific model year prius. Most, if not all do not support the pause and/or wait functions through the prius. You are correct that you can dial them from your phone and it will then go through the prius, but no go when using the one-touch screen on the MFD.

Pause and wait functions are supposedly supported by the Prius bluetooth with my cell phone. I too cannot get the pause to work. Did anyone figure this one out? I'm stumped. :(

Pause programs in a delay of so many seconds, then resumes with the next number(s). On the other hand, "wait" pauses until you push the "Send" button. You have to push the "0 - 9" button on the Speed Dial screen to get to the "send" button, IFIRC.

My phone (LG CU405) does not accept the pause or wait functions from the Prius. I have to program all of that into a number on the phone itself, then I use that speed dial from my phone and it works fine.
