New Toyota Hybrid Tour

I read about this on another site. It looks pretty cool - an interactive, high-tech exhibit - that will be going all over the country and spreading the word about alt fuels and hybrid technology. It also has some good partners (Arbor Day Foundation and American Lung Assoc) and visitors can even have a tree planted in there name (worth the visit just for that!) I have a feeling the only way some hybrid-phobes are ever going to see that hybrids are the future (of all cars) is if they go and experience the technology for themselves. The time is right for something like this at the auto shows. As for the site, it looks like a more detailed version is coming; you can sign up to get an alert on when that happens.

wow.I was just looking at hybrid cars.com one of the links. The Honda Civic hybid is the only car even close to the Prius in mpg. and it isnt even all that close. 42 mpg.. I regulary get over 50!
