You have 2008 Pkg5, doesn't that have a Nav under the driver's seat?

I ran RCA cables from my Cleansweep under the passenger seat to the rear along the passenger side, under the plastic door trim then through an opening near the HV battery, to connect them to my amp in the hatchbox.

From the amp I ran the output to the KSC along the driver's side, again through an opening near the HV battery, then under the door trim. I also ran the power cable through that route, but I have them separated to minimize interference. You will have to take out the backseat to do this properly. But that's the easiest part of the job.

In your case, the cleanest way to run cables from the passenger side to the driver side is under the carpet or under the center console. Removing both front seats would make it a whole lot easier. But you can just remove the back seat and the rear door trims, then lift up the carpet as far as you can. There are pre-cut holes to run your wires out from under the carpet. Very convenient.

 

The rear seat bench has two metal hooks near the center of each seat. That is, if you're sitting in one of the two seats, the hook is about right between your legs. Yank it out one at a time with a straight pull upward. You won't hurt anything.

The front seats are bolted down with four bolts each. Nothing too difficult if you have a good wrench. You wouldn't have to take the seats out of the car for what you're doing, so no need to disconnect the sensor wirings. Just lean the seats forward while you work.

I suspect once you have the back seat out and the carpet lifted up you may not even have to mess with the front seats at all.
