For sale is a better than new 2008 Toyota Prius package 5. Package 5 includes every available option with the exception of leather including:
    1. GPS Navigation
    2. HID Headlights
    3. Fog lights
    4. Voice commands for most features
    5. Bluetooth
    6. Steering wheel controls
    7. JBL stereo system 6 CD in-dash CD Changer (which plays MP3 CDs) as well as upgraded speakers (and more speakers)
. There are several reasons this Prius is better than new:
    1. It has 4300 miles on it and is fully broken (properly).
    2. It has upgraded tires to the best all season low rolling resistance tires made (The Nokian WR2g)
    3. Upgraded Stiffening Plate which greatly improves handling and reduced “roll†while taking turns.
    4. Mud guards have been installed to keep your car cleaner and rock chip free.
    5. A sun visor/blocker has been installed to reduce glare and reflections on the Multifunction display (MFD).
    6. Includes Toyota’s emergency medical kit, wheel lock nuts, cargo net, and carpet floor mats.

This car is in showroom condition and extremely rare for three reasons:
    1. Spectra Blue is the rarest color Prius made (and the most beautiful).
    2. Package 5 is the rarest package for Prius’s
    3. It has all the “must do†upgrades already done.
    Price: $24,500

The car is located just outside of Harrisburg, Pa.

I am selling the car because I no longer will be commuting a long distance.
Email me to come take it for a test drive today…this won’t last!

    Hello all,

Thank you for all the PM's but unfortunately my wife does not want me to sell the car at this time. I owe $27.5k on it and she doesn't want me to lose $3k to get rid of it.

Thank you all for your time and good luck with your search!

you should be able to get more than that right now selling the car on eBay. if you really want to sell it go that route.

You could probably make an easy 6k profit right now. Why would you want to get rid of it?

I regretfully sold the car for $25k even.

Even though I am not going to be doing the long commute, I still would like to own a Prius but one of the requirements for my new mortgage was to get rid of the car payment. After I close I will be in the market for a Prius (probably used this time).

That sucks. It's unfortunately when you have to make this sacrifice but in the long run, home ownership is worth it... and hopefully you'll be able to pick up another Prius soon.

Actually, with the current and future projected housing market, chances are he will loose money buying a home to hold for the next 5 years. Better to rent and wait a year or two. With down payment, closing costs, property taxes and insurance, the electric bill security deposit then monthly electric bill, gas or heating fuel bill, garbage pickup, water & sewer bill, lawn mower purchase, gasoline for the lawnmower, pest control, landscaping and outdoor supplies, new furniture.. why pay all those fees when you will probably buy the same house for 5-15% less next year or so?
