problems? only that I laugh at all the big trucks here in East Texas when they're at the pump... and i fill up for under $40. suckers.

maybe i shouldn't laugh at them though since my car was vandalized with a nice size dent in the "rail" between the doors and the roof recently.

Alignment needed to be done, right off the boat.
The interior plastics seem to scratch way too easy.

Love my car. Might replace it with the new version in April 2009.

15,300 . Our 2007 Prius is1 yr and 2 mos. No problems. Milestones noticed: At 10K noticeable bump in mpg, from 44mpg to 46mpg. At 15K, now running 50+. We have had only 4 tanks since the anniversary date in April. No problema what so ever. I loved the EV button I had installed at around 5k, but wifey insisted on its removal, due to the warantee if Toyoto ever caught us. No telling how good our mpg would have been. However, since we changed to 16" wheels and tires, our mpg went down about 3 to 5mpg

2005, just hit 80,000. I don't want to jinx anything by answering the other question, but I will say we have been very happy with the car.

2002, and has over 105,000, have been really happy with it's reliability and performance. All we could afford at the time. Lucky to average @ 46 in the mountains, but happy with what we get. Bought when gas was $2.75/gallon..sigh...

I've got a 2008 (14 weeks old) and have 6,550. No worries thus far. Like the other 5 Toyotas we've owned, this one is solid and reliable. :D

Whatever recalls, on 3rd set of tires (OEM, HydroEdge, HydroEdge), water pump @ 120k, MFD around 90k (Toyota goodwilled replacement - no charge), various light bulbs.

    Service every 5k miles

I'll tell ya: probably either no better, or actually worse. EV mode is typically not helpful for fuel economy.

    My Prius:
    Picked up in July 2006
    ~24k miles
Squeaky coolant transfer pump still in the vehicle, but there's a TSB on that and it's under warranty for a while still so I might have that replaced this winter.
Interior plastic is squeaky in cold weather.
    No "real" problems.
