Prius mods

    Is there any legitimate mods for a 2002 Prius i.e. programmers, chips, HHO systems etc... that will help performance and mpg???

    Probably not. The mods that needed to be done to the Generation 1 Prius to improve performance and mpg are called the Generation 2 Prius.

    There aren't "quick fixes" to helping performance and mpg. If there were (and they were legal) then the car makers would be doing them.
