    First; :Wth: does <heart>JTDKB2 mean?

Second; I have a 1994 Honda CBR 600 F2, a relatively fast sport bike that gets around 36 MPG, license plate reads "DVLS ADV" (its in the avatar)

Third; I should be getting my plate for my 2005 Salsa Red Prius within the month which will read "DVLZ ADV"

so I'm either a realy big Keanu Reaves fan or I just like to push buttons sometimes. I really can't believe nobody had either of these plates in a state with so many attorneys.

I assume that is Devil's Advocate?

One of the guys at work has a standard number plate ARD247 on his car (not a Prius).

It was not until he visited a McDonald's drive through, the attendant said "Cool Plate" and he asked "What do you mean", that he realised what he had.

Thanks for the brain teaser first thing in the morning. That was a hard one!

For Devil's Advocate: The VIN for a Prius begins with the characters "JTDKB2." So the plate means "Love Prius."

    We're trying to decide....
Our two top running suggestions for our new 05:

    FU OPEC
    and KMA OPEC

The problem... parents who just wouldn't get beyond "those words".. though I think we could explain away the KMA with a little creativity.

I am also a nerd... I think of chimeric proteins we make in lab... something like part of a regular protein with a flourescent protein attached...

Back on topic, I would someday like to get a plate that says 'DRV HPY' or 'DRV CHP'

Good luck getting this one by the NC plate censors. I think it will be rejected by them in about 1 second.

I was thinking about getting a personal plate that reads....
    SP8SHIP
What do you think? As much high tech that is in this car it kind of reminds me of a spaceship.
I also like SIP GAS and GR8 MPG

Hi Lisa, dont feel bad, he never realised the significance until it was pointed out to him either!!

    ARD247 = Hard 247 = Hard 24 hours x 7 days a week! I think it is a "male" kinda thing :mrgreen:.

I think I will stick with my WUHU plate, it is quite funny to see people read it, then realise what it is. I get truck drivers giving me the thumbs up and calling out "Whoo Hooo", sort of brightens up the day really.

If they were "A" zongas, you wouldn't be boasting.

OH, sorry! Easy on gas! Never mind.

Ok, I just ordered my Ohio Vanity Plates. I was first thinking about getting SP8SHIP, but figured it read more like spateship so I didn't follow thru. I considered SIPNGAS but it was taken. So being the programmer that I am, I figured I would take the double opposite of SIPNGAS and came up with NOGUZLR.

So NOGUZLR it is! It will be interesting to see people's reactions who drive SUVs when they read my plate :). I thought about getting F OPEC but I didn't think that was very profesional even though it's how a feel inside. I guess it could stand for Funny OPEC

    Just figured I would share.
    Regards,
    Bit

    Did mine online.

I'm in California and wanted to check to see if any of my ideas where already taken but couldn't find anyplace to check. So I just went to the ca.gov DMV site and signed up for personalized plates. They took my money and didn't say it was taken so I am going to be:

    HYBRDZD

    Because I have been "hybridized".

I think the savings on gas will cover the extra $30 a year.

I'm thinking of getting "MOREMPG" when mine comes in on the 28. Other alternatives are "MOR MPG" 'HI MPG" HIGHMPG". I'm only allowed 7 characters here in my state.

i think i posted this on the other plates thread... don't remember. but my idea was NVMYMPG. Wisconsin only allows 7 letters and since i'm a legal resident there, that's where i get my plates from. i should check to see if it's available.

Yeah, that's what I initially wanted, but it was taken, so I went with NOGUZLR :)
