The stabilizer costs $160.00 and installs pretty easily.
I drive on the I-25 freeway daily average speed is 83 mph in the fast lane. Have you noticed a better handling ability in your Prius?.

I rarely exceed 110 km/h with my Prius, and I don't have the bar. The Prius is an average handling car, certainly not German class

Yes it does. My daughter put one on her 05 Prius and did not tell me about it. The difference was noticeable on the first hard corner that I took. The wheel is a lot firmer and did not feel like rubber bands in my hands.

It did the same for my o4 Prius. The difference in stability on the highway is remarkable. Now both cars handle more like a sports car - tune the wheel and you can feel the car accelerate sideways.

    BT to the rescue!

We upgraded tires AND added the BT Stiffening Plate.
Made a world of difference... no more lane drift on the highway!

Someone donate one to me, and I'll be able to compare it to the car I traded for my Prius - a Porsche Boxster (one of the best handling production vehicles evar!)

I love the damn thing! Easy to install; VERY impressive fabrication (go BT!) and makes the car an entirely different vehicle.

I drive on I95 in the D.C. area. The first trip on the highway after I installed the part was amazing. I actually hit 87 MPH (along with the entire row of cars in the left lane) and didn't realize I was going that fast. Before the part, the car would have been "floating". BTW, once I saw how fast I was driving I moved to the center lane (so anyone of you that thinks it is your job to lecture me on speed, save your breath).

Curves are great to be on now! I'm bound to get in trouble as I've been driving the Prius pretty fast since the install.
