Maybe it is just for the japanese version, but in this page (at the bottom) you can see 4 pictures showing HSD information on the Nav Screen, just like in the Gen2.

Do you think America and/or Euro versions will have it too?

Wow, I sure hope we can get that to work in the US, even if it takes someone finding an Easter Egg! ;) If it's in the programming, I'm sure someone will find it and post it here that's for sure...

    Here's the pics:

Very very interesting, thank you Marc!

I wonder if Ken or any other Japanese speaking member is around to explain to us what those screens have written on them... alô....:)

If the last photo is showing dates, (as it appears) it looks like there is the ability to show historical information. I have often wondered why the graph was limited to the last time the car was started.

    Cool stuff!!!

+1 Somewhat interesting, hardly earth shaking. :(

I'm betting the bottom screen is the same as the current
consumption screen. Middle photo is the same but showing 1 min.
increments. Third screen shows an abbreviated consumption screen
with the instantaneous MPGs displayed on a circular "gauge,"
substituting words for the numerical readout.

Wake me up when Toyota sees its way to providing access and
display of truely meaningful ICE/HSD data a la ScanGauge and/or CAN . :deadhorse:

Oh well, there's always hope for the future... maybe on the
    plug-in.

The lower right corner of the first picture has a face icon. It reminds me of the brain age / brain academy game. :)

The text at his left says "ADVICE". So I guess it will tell you how to drive more eco-friendly.

Nice! I didn't noticed it! I can only translate the button under TV: it says AUDIO. Under this, the beam symbol could be rear park sensor? very weird....
The rest of the buttons, no clue...

    I flippin' KNEW it!!

One request I had was for one-minute increments. The current 5-minute bars don't do me a whole lot of good when I'm in multiple driving situations during a 5-minute segment. Now I'll be able to better scrutinize how I did for shorter segments.

And I do love the per-day history too.

Is that Chief in a mortar board?

Well the right side would have your DEST, MAP/VOICE, DISP, INFO. One of them is accessing G-BOOK. I'm not sure what the sonar-looking thing is.

The HyCam w/nav that I had as a loaner had the 1 minute bars. I liked that. Apparently, I hear the HyHi has them as well and possibly all the other Toyota hybrids that got introduced after the 04 Prius.

Probably because they didn't make it available to US customers, kinda like we didn't get EV for 04-09 and other markets did.
