Amethyst Prius?

    I was in a Toyota dealership and I overheard a salesman saying he just sold an amethyst colored Prius, and it's one of two in the US. I've never heard of this and was wondering if anyone else has. I think the specific color was "Iced Amethyst Mica".

    They have different colors in Japan and that one looks like one of the ones that I've seen in the posts on 2010 Prius in Japan. Maybe it was a special import.

    Yep, that colour is certainly on a 2010 in some of the pics from Japan.

    That color certainly sounds prettier than it looks, I'll keep my prius just the way it is :)

    I think it's lovely! If the Gen2 had such a color I would have gotten it for sure.
