My Prius on TV!

    I live outside of Philly and a news station was asking have you changed your lifestyle because of gas prices. I emailed back and told them about my car. 5 min latter they called and asked if they could send a camara crew out to do a story on me and my Prius. It was neat they asked me questions about the car I showed them the smart key and how so far I have not needed to fill up after almost 2 weeks with the car. They drove with me and took pictures of the MSD. It was neat.
    My 2 minutes of local fame.

    Go to consumer alert and then hybrid or gas

    Pretty cool. I'm sorry I missed the broadcast. NBC10 does a good job on the consumer reports, but I never watch the 5:30 show.

    You should check out a thread in the Local Clubs forum, as some Prius owners are trying to gauge if there is enough interest in Eastern PA & NJ for a local Prius club.

    What's the thing you like most about the car, and what has been your biggest surprise about the car?

    All right! Congrats. It's nice to be recognized for your frugalness or greenness or just plain common sense. I think if more stories were done on hybrids, we'd ALL benefit. I know after a local TV news person interviewed me and my car, I had many people in the grocery store come up and ask about the "Prius guy on TV".
