And they were premiers in 1997 and 1998. They were formed from local South Australian teams to become a part of the National Code called Australian Football League, where there are now 16 teams from Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Adelaide Crows played there first game in 1991. You are right about the song and tune. Personally i love the song and sing it loudly at games that we attend at AAMI Stadium in the western suburbs of Adelaide. We are proud supporters of the Club and My Husbands number plate on his car is CROW01; and on my car is CROW51. :cheer2: GO CROWS

Everybody is getting off the main topic (in my view - since nothing is more boring than toilet paper).

Has anybody done an analysis of the new 3 ply paper. Is it stronger? Is it softer? The readers need to know! :peep:

I thought Australian Football would be a boring subject for my friends outside of Australia.

Of course, out of the 36 pictures in your "A Gathering of Crows" album, I clicked on this one:

And it didn't get any bigger!

In other, more boring news ... it was too damn hot this past weekend. But it was a good excuse to drink lots of iced barley tea.

    Iced barley tea?

It rained yesterday, which made my gardens happy, I'm sure. I have 6 flowering plants to get in the ground today.

I'm testing a cheaper printer ink now. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy a new printer, than to replenish the ink for one!

Mugicha as it's called in Japan. Very yummy stuff - no caffeine. Great substitute for iced tea or even refreshing on its own.

Have you ever had Postum? (A roasted multi-grain drink that was around for about 100 years, but recently discontinued by Kraft.) Does it taste a little like that?

Careful Bev, some might not think a loud Hooray is something boring.
I built a ramp for my mum today so it's easier for her to get in and out of her house. Over 300 nails driven in by hand. About 20 of those nails were >4 inches long and 1/4 inch across and twisted shank, hard to drive in. Most, about 280 of them were 3 inch stainless steel twisted shank decking nails. I only bent 3 of them.
Stainless nails are easy to bend.
