    Wow, you've got some skills!

    I remember someone else complaining about the exact same problem on a prior Plug-in install. I would have thought they'd have fixed that by now. Since they apparently haven't done so, it would be nice if you could get Plug-in to adopt your mods -- at least the one to prevent overcharging -- so that everyone else can benefit from your ideas.

    Yes, I'll be posting photos of the LED tail light mod after I receive a few more parts to make it look nicer. It has to be quality before PC can see it :)

    I'm on a short wait list to get the lithium plug in option with the large 5 Kw pack from plugin supply. Maybe this month, May 2009.
    It will be able to go 40 miles at up to 50 mph all electric. My wife drives 12 miles each way for work so it should be 100% EV.

    Instead of getting coilover springs, I think I would choose good progressive springs front and rear, such as Eibach offers for reasonable price, about $250.00, and gas struts. Progressive springs work much better than linear springs while improving ride, and accommodate various loads, with the added benefit of much better handling than linear coilover springs. Gas struts act much faster than oil shocks, greatly improving ride. Check with www.eibach.com
