I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Lately, whenever I listen to the radio, the radio keeps shifting it's freq's on me. I'll have it tuned to 1190AM and it will intermittently either:
    1) change the freq to 1180, and then, after a couple of secs, go back to 1190.
    2) change the freq to 1200, and then it might shift back down to 1190 but usually stays at 1200 until I set it again to 1190.

This problem also occures in FM.

I was just wondering if I was the only one with this problem.

    That's really odd.

I agree with Rick except that if a button depression were causing the change, there would be a beep. Most likely. Because the car wouldn't know if the button were depressed intentinoally or not.

But since it happen on AM and FM, you should really have it looked at.

You know, now that you mention it I remember that happening to me once while driving through the desert to Las Vegas. I can't remember if it happened on AM or PM, but it did happen. I thought I was losing my mind. It only happened on that trip, never again. I guess I chalked it up to that and forgot about it until now! Weird.

I had that happen to me as well. Drove me nuts for a couple of days. Finally figured out that the channel knob as causing it. I turned it to a new position and have not had the problem since.

It happened to me with volume. I believe the knob was the problem. Played with it a bit, problem has never shown up again.
