I admit it could be me, but even though I successfully connected my 500 series Motorola/ Cingular cell phone to the Bluetooth on my 05 Prius, I am unable to transfer my cell phone addressbook to the car, and i can't find in the instructions for the car how to do it manually. there are instructions on how to transfer, but i can't get the screen with "Add or Overwrite" to come up. can anyone tell me where I've gone wrong?

You cannot enter numbers in the phone book except by transfer via bluetooth. Either from your phone or another bluetooth device.

You can enter up to 18 numbers under one-touch dial. -- The one-touch dial feature is populated using the saved incoming or outgoing call history on the MFD. The history saves the last five calls. So, from the car place a call to the number you want then from history save it to one-touch dial. Only the number can be saved, no associated name. The number is visible only when the car is not moving. You need to keep a key to location if you enter more than a couple of numbers, unless you have a very good memory.

    Tag,
The site is great but it doesn't include iPhones. I guess Mr. Toyoda at Toyota and Mr. Jobs at Apple are not communicating or like each other My choice is to put my phone numbers into an "approved" phone and transfer them OR buy an new Prius. Any other thoughts?
    With thanks,

Further to this, I just put a new Garmin GPS with bluetooth in another vehicle, and when I paired it it automatically tranferred the phonebook. Amazing! Bluetooth is growing up!
