    We really are not in disagreement. And you are not too aggressive.

    This is really the first and only time I had any problem with auto repairs.

    The vast majority of people, even auto mechanics are honest. <g>

    That is part of my shock at the "gas disposal" charge. I could not believe it.

    Nor could I believe that every dealer within 50 miles would have stuck me for the same amount.

    Or that Toyota was a cheerleader for all of this.

    Maybe mine was a "one of" experience.

    The part that I didn't expect was that Toyota didn't help at all.

    Mostly I've been lucky with dealers, and auto mechanics in general. But maybe the game has changed.

    I feel that if you have an issue with a Prius, Toyota's policy is "hey, you bought it, it's your problem now."
