    No need for a sunroof in my Prius when my weekend car is a 98 Eclipse GSX. That has a sunroof and real wheels (read BBS) with hp/tq to boot. :D

    Looks cool. I like it. Just a thought, generally slight hints of red go well with black. Just a touch will do. Maybe consider some slight red strips or red under glow.

    that was great la! i should also have included that the car looks kind of cool. too bad it cant be chopped or slammed. ps my v rod is fastest harley production ever made and red is a mans color for a pius. also much easier to keep clean than my gen 2 black was . just pokin you a little la.:rockon:

    I live in los angeles and have thought about getting my windows tinted as well. Do you like the job that Tint Factory did?

    Also, is tinting th front windows that dark legal? And what does it do to the rain resistant windows?

    In California, max is 70% for front sides. However, I had 35% smoke in a previous car and never got pulled over. 20% and lower puts you at risk of getting pulled over, but it's a risk you take.

    Film is on the inside so why would it do anything to the rain resistant windows, unless you like leaving the solar sunroof open in the rain ;)

    It's really hard to tell with the grainy photo that you uploaded, but any Prius with the stock 15" wheels is not going to be the "dopest". At least remove the hub caps and paint the wheels instead - hub caps are never dope.

    Get the 17s from a package V, paint them flat black along with the rest of the car, drop the car into the weeds (or at least so you're tucking a bit of tire) and then you might be considered the "dopest" - at least according to current trends. Still have to paint the brake calipers to match he car and also the non-contact parts of the brake rotors, and lug nuts, too.

    Bonus points for aftermarket body kit and anything completely custom.

    Holes left behind from removing badges loses you points.

    Sorry - just being honest here!

    you have a package V with the pre collision/radar cruise control.. wouldn't it be a BAD idea to modify the front emblem?... seeing it uses a radar behind it?

    Dude . . . no offense, but unless you've switched out your 15" training wheels for 17" wheels your car will always look a bit lame. No offense to all other non-V owners as well, JMHO :eek:

    Maybe you were talking to me? I sent an e-mail to Sigma to see if the special front emblems were available in the alternative colors. I'll let everyone know what they tell me.

    I had 20's on my Tahoe and am tired of getting chips on the wheel from driving around LA. It still is a Prius, no need to put some wagon wheels on it. But I have been looking at some sweet all black 17's with Pirelli Nero tires.

    Thanks, can you hook me up with a couple grand??? I think it looks better with only the hubcaps painted. Its a 3 year lease so I'm not looking to drop 10 grand into this thing.
