Just got home with my 2010 Prius III w/ Nav. :-D :-D :-D

Great buying experience with Jim and Kay Love, the internet sales team at Titus-Will Toyota in Tacoma, WA. Their Business Manager Trevor Sandison was also great to work with. Highly Recommended. Would buy again. :)

The dealership is 45 miles away from home so I got some good quality time in. Half of the trip was freeway doing between 55 and 70mph, about 10 miles total of the of the trip was stop and go (EV mode opportunity!) and the rest varied between 20 and 50mph.

My MPG for the trip was 61.2. Pretty impressive considering I wasn't focused on getting good mileage, I was focused on making sure I varied my speed constantly for ye ol' breakin period.

It is far too soon for me to give any kind of objective review because I am completely infatuated with this car! :)

Ditto to "several"s post from the great Northwest. I picked up my Blue Ribbon Blue V w/Nav late yesterday, the 30th, as well.

I feel really good about participating in the COSTCO Auto Program and the Cash for Clunkers program.

Beaverton Toyota near Portland treated me very fairly. Their salespeople, Josh Ford, Kyle Drost and Cathy Low, worked seamlessly as an effective team to get me in and out under the pressure of the suspension of Cash For Clunkers.

My delivery date was moved forward three times and my price was lowered twice; all moves that generally go in the other direction for me.

This was truly a "no hassle" experience after the Lixxx and Kexxxxx auto groups here in the Eugene area both added an additional markup of nearly $3,000. Driving two hours north to the Portland area proved a wise step in my case.

I also got my Pruis this last week with the C4C program. I live in Seattle, and made phone calls to almost every toyota dealer in both Oregon and Washington. It was odd, for some reason, the dealers from Auburn on down to Eugene mark up their Pruis by 2-3k. I decided to pass, and was happy to buy my Pruis IV at MSRP in Portland Broadway Toyota.

I hit a couple of milestones on my commute to work this morning:

The ODO crossed the 1000 mile mark.

I broke 60mpg on my 8.5 mile commute for the first time: 61.4mpg!

I've named the car "Miles." For the obvious reason and also because its "Kinda Blue"
