I lived in Lubbock about 10 years ago, and still visit family there once a year. But live in DFW now. I will be in Lubbock next week, to visit family and friends.

I was hoping to set up a local network for drives, socials, etc.

I have a set of V wheels for sale and I'm sure others in the area might have things from time to time to sell or trade. Also we could profit form each others area of expertise. Any time

I'm a Generation III wanna be, live in Plainview, TX. I have my order for a Prius V Barcelona Red with navigation package. Still waiting for my June 25 "order" to come in from a local dealer. They are having a hard time locating the color I want in Red  . How do you like your V? I hope it's worth the wait!

When I lived in Texas, I wish I had a solar roof like the 2010 does... so I wonder, why are you not getting Prius IV with solar and nav package instead? That would have a similar price compared to a V with nav and be much more appealing for Texas weather. Is that only because of the wheels (hope not) or are you getting the AT package as well?

I ordered a V with nav because I liked the 17 inch wheels and being a prius newbie didin't think I would need what the AT had to offer. I am rethinking my position on that. Also, my order was before the CFC and I thought the wait wouldn't be that long. The dealer I am working with is a small town dealer and has promised me $200 over invoice on the price. I am paying cash for the vehicle, and would like to stay within a certain price range to get the most bang for my buck. Also, IV with solar is extremely hard to get...I'll be waiitng forever to get my prius .

I see. Yes, waiting too much was huge factor for me, so I don't blame you.
