Your Age and Your Prius Color Choice

46 - Winter Gray Metallic. That was my preferred color, though blue was a close second.

 

Silver Pkg2, 40.

 

57 year old male. Silver.

 

59 year old male. Red.

41-year-old male and Classic Silver. But really I would have chosen any color but black or white.

I am not sure color has any correlation to age. After 11 pages of replies, is there a summary?
BTW, I am 52 and my first choice was red, gold, white, silver or blue, but I ended up with a winter gray because that's first available. I don't like black on Prius. But I would like Mercedes or BMW in black and I like black cloth. So it all depends.

 

I actually think the new Prius looks good in black. It gives you that "edgy" look to it

My first choice was actually blizzard pearl but did not like the bisque interior. Me & my wife visited a dealership with (1) silver & (1) black on their lot during C4C program and we were drawn to the black Prius. We test drove it and brought it home that day.

36, female, first choice was blue, but ended up with winter gray as it was the only one dealer had with solar package

 

Could it be that there is no statistical association with age and color?

What if it’s just someone selecting a color based on an alter ego?

Or is it just a simple preference based on ease of selection?

For instance I really wanted a white car but chose a silver Prius because I also like silver (had them b4..don’t show dirt) and the “package and price” was right.

I would have also chosen red, and possibly black (but shows too much dirt) if the “package and price” was right was right.

44 black, didn't want black, but that is what they had on the lot. Still, very very happy with the Prius, more so each drive!

 

48 and Blue Ribbon Metallic - I wouldn't have bought it in another color...

Hmmm....I am 61 (omg) and I would never drive a gold metallic car! Ugh!
My Prius is blue, I am in a blue phase. Toyota does not have the best color selections, they never have.
If I were to buy again it would likely be 'black'!

Regardless of what color, the Prius is great (with the exception of the %$# driver's seat)>
