HTMLSpinner - can you post the link to your YouTube video about the BT Audiofix?

I'm trying to pair my 06 Prius with my new Blackberry Tour. Getting the same problem. As soon as they connect, the Prius indicates it's making a phone call (and audio mutes)--except the Blackberry isn't making a call. If I press "transfer call," I can get the audio back and then things work almost normally (I can make calls and the audio mutes and unmutes appropriately) but as far as the Prius is concerned, it is still making the same phone call it started making when the devices connected. Haven't tested what happens when I receive a call. Tried to change encryption, etc., but that didn't make any difference.

This is the third b-berry I've used with this car and the only one to have this issue. It would be nice to hear from someone who has successfully paired a stock b-berry tour (no tweaks to OS, etc.) with their Prius.

I just purchased a 2006 and my Curve 8330 works fine! Sometimes road conditions require that I have to tilt my head back and talk. I was unable to get the phone book to transfer over. I am excited about my "new" car!

DUDE! I'm the IT dude at my work and handle all cell phones. I've personally had six different models (I always get the latest and greatest) and have never, ever, ever had a problem with any of the 30 other users who use Blackberry's.

The only issue I have is that my contacts won't upload to the Prius Gen III phone book. Other than that I love them - as do the other folks in my company.

I'm glad you have an opinion, but just because you're not happy with your experiance doesn't justify your rantinging about the overall service. I use Verizon and get great reception.

    Peace!

I have a 2010 Prius Package IV, works great. Device is Blackberry Tour 9630 (VZW) v4.7.1.61. I also experience the 2 second delay in being able to speak.

Since my Prius is very new, it is possible that Toyota might have done a software upgrade?

Finally, the browser does totally suck on this phone, but since I bought Tour on Craigsilist (lightly used...) I'm getting my money's worth.

I have a Pruis IV with nav. Every time I get in the car the bluetooth starts playing my saved messages form visual voice mail. I have the BB Tour. When I play Pandora via bluetooth the songs sound like s scratched album. This is my second day owning the car. Pandora worked fine yesterday. I didn't have any problems in the Pruis II with bluetooth.
