      Rexter, none of the mod's you are contemplating are easy, nor will they have the impact you expect, the Prius is a heavy car to move, so 12s are out of the question unless you are dropping a huge V8 in it and making it RWD.

      But assuming you repair the normal Prius engine, and get it working, you could add the Suzuki engine as a separate RWD powerplant. (in a normal Prius the rear wheels just hold up that end of the car. They don't power the car, they dont steer, they don't do much braking as the regen all happens on the front wheels) You would then have a 'half assed' AWD car. (ideally the Suzuki engine would be visible under the hatchback) Two 'go' pedals, for both right feet!
