      My Opinion. Size is size. If they are the RIGHT size they'll fit your Prius but they are not. Low rolling resistance tires and probably won't provide that fuel saving function as well. I suspect they will provide better grip and handling at high speeds but that does not fit the Prius design function. Furthermore I'd be concerned about buying such an important item from an unknown seller and should you experience a flat the tire must be replace with a very expensive item.
