  If by Volt you mean the GM/Chevy Volt then yes I love mine. Not sure its an ideal taxi though as it only seats 4 and does not have a QuickCharge ability. If you want an EV taxi a Leaf with QC makes mroe sense and if you want a PHEV, a PiP (or just a straight prius with a PHEV kit), would likely do better as taxi's get a lot of miles per day.
