That was the extent of what I was told. That there was a carbon buildup and that to remove it would be $199. I declined the fix.
At my last oil change the dealership said I have carbon buildup which needs to be fixed to the tune of $200.

Brand new Prime. They have 10 on their lot. Both 2017 and 2018 with no haggle prices.
No rebate. I got the 1.9% financing though and the dealer took a bit more than 2k off MSRP. Matched a deal that I found from CarMax in Laurel, MD.
In the process of closing the deal. $27,965 for a 2018 Premium plus tax, title, etc.

We have 2 fobs so no worries there.
We started having a problem with the fob about a year ago. Will be awesome if replacing the 12v battery fixes that too.
Fob is stored inside the house, car is in the driveway.
