Turn rollers upside down, piece of plywood on top of rollers, slide/roll battery in and out of prius easily.
For removing and reinstalling hybrid battery have been using a mechanics roller which you usually lay on to roll around under a vehicle.
I would pick up, close by. But they do have option for shipping listed online. Even if I have to wait it's okay, have current battery...
