I don't think it was mice? It was a clean tear in the covering, and then a bit of damage to the insulation underneath. Not what mice would look like.

The solution probably depends on your tolerance to dead mice. Peanut butter baited traps, sticky pads, etc will catch them and render them...
No real work done to the car. Truly trouble free. Front clip replaced due to parking mishaps in Brooklyn. No mice/vermin damage to be found.
I'd be clueless but 12v batt would be one thing to check..look under hood for rodent damage and in the cabin/engine air filters for mice
