Expect a solid 3-5mpg loss with the 17s and a tire like the Ecopia EP422. So now that you are in the mid 50s with 15s you could touch 50mpg with...
They are a different class of vehicle and not directly comparable to ICE vehicles because they use another source of energy besides gas or diesel.
Thanks, Ryan. I still love Prius but the Volt is a better fit for me at this point. I just wanted more of an EV feel than Toyota could provide...
Thanks! I was wondering how they planned on masking the ugly noise of the ICE generator.
Rav4EV = drools :love:
That is why many of us switched to a Volt. We want the EV feel during more of our driving time.
He removed them and installed 15" OE tires/wheels. He was asking about going back to the OE 17" wheels with aftermarket tires. :)

Since she is in NY I would suggest running true winter tires or something like the Nokians WR series and swapping to all-season tires the rest of...
Assuming she has the original wheels. I would double check the wheel and tire size again. If they are the OE wheels then a 195/65/15 will fit just...
I went cheap, not stupid. LOL I made sure they used 12ga wire even though the run was less than 10' in total wire length. We used a 20amp...
