I know you said flat but maybe it was slightly going downhill? I've done 80mph (in cruise control) with my MPG readout close to 100.

XM/Sirius will always be unaffected by these antenna changes. I believe their antenna is separate.

Besides the Ferarri, Porsche, etc. Hybrids, I'd say Tesla is the highest tech car that's readily available to consumers.
