I forgot to mention that I took both of the front door harnesses and swapped them. I swapped the hatch harness as well.
I have been trying to sort out all of this on my own and I've spent a lot of time going through all of the wiring diagrams that I have and threads...
Did you end up figuring this out? Mine is doing the same thing for both driver and passenger doors.
