07 Prius lights on dash

Help! This morning most of the dash lights came on. Never had any issues with it. Its a 07 and has about 125k. I bought it used and warranty is expired. From the records, it looks like they replaced the electric hybrid water pump per campaign at 72k as well as the Coolant heat storage pump. Transaxle fluid was changed at 100k. Both antifreeze was replace according to maintenance schedule. Genuine Toyota 12v battery was replaced at 110k. Is my Hybrid battery going bad? Will I be able to pull the Engine codes myself with a ODBii scanner? Thanks
