10K Oil Change Interval -- Official?

Hello everyone. I'm trying to find where Toyota has officially changed the OCI from 5k to 10k. I sent an email to the service department at my local dealer because I bought a pre-paid maintenance package w/ my car and asked how the OCI change will affect my maintenance package. Here's his reply: "Where are you finding the 10K interval? I've heard the talk about it but I haven't seen where Toyota has officially announced it yet." If anyone could direct me to Toyota's announcement on this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
