2001 Prius--How much should I ask as a parts car?

I have a 2001 Prius that is essentially dead--it needs a new hybrid battery assembly (which I'm told is a $2400 part). It probably also needs an $800 HV ECU (says the dealer, though people here in PriusChat suggest that might not be so after the battery is replaced).

However, it has newish tires, a brand spanking new (3 weeks old) exhaust system ($1700 part), an almost brand new starter batter (2 months old, a $200+ part), and newish tires.

How much do you guys think I should try to get from a junkyard for the car? I will likely also try to sell on ebay; what do you think I could expect to get for it?

Oh, it also has brand spanking new rotors--$250 part.
