2003 prius ECU replacement

    replacing the ECM ( 89661-47054 Engine Control Module )on the 2003 ecu is just plug and play correct?

    no programming of the immobilizer and such, i need confirmation.

    Without checking the part number, you are correct. The engine ECU is not part of the key and keyfob system.

    I have lost my only key for my 2003 Prius. I s the only way to fix the problem a new computer and program new keys?? Toyota says about $800. Whats the alternative?

    Matched, used ECU and key, maybe. Are you close to Summit NC? If so, call Re-InVolt and ask for help.

    Did you replace the ECM? Was it plug and play? I need to know because I will be replacing mine soon.
