i had a P0A80 and a P3000. I bought a battery pack off market place but it did not include the battery ecu despite being listed as "complete". no problem i thought, i can just swap the old one into the new one.

After doing so i get an P0A9B and P3000. on DR.prius it shows batt temp 1 being 22.69c higher than the rest. to rule out the battery i just bought i connected just the battery ecu to the car, while not being connected to the battery pack that way if it was the sensor all the readings should be the same. however that is not what i got batt temp 1 shows as 24.48c while the other two show as -66c indicating that its an issue with the battery ecu.

i suspect a faulty pull down/up resistor or cap, i am comfortable and skilled at soldering, but my pcb diagnostic stills are lacking. are there schematics available? where should i start looking to solve this issue? I visually inspected the board (by eye) and did not see anything obviously wrong, i dont have a microscope so I cant get a better look at it.
