I wish to add LED to signal lights but I was told it would mess up the flasher speed. Anyone know what flasher I would require to support LED signal lights?

If you're ok with it blinking 3x faster than normal, no flasher is needed. I don't think there is a load-independent flasher available that fits the Prius. You would probably have to go with load resistors. They are simply high wattage resistors that hook up near each turn signal bulb that trick the flasher into thinking that a regular bulb is there when the turn signal is on. The places that sell LED bulbs usually have load resistors for sale.

Thanks for your help I will contact V-LEDs for the load resistors.
