2005 No Headlights (halogen) and cruise not working

    I have a 2005 Prius, this morning the headlights would not come on. Also, when I got on the freeway and attempted to set my cruise, it would not set.

    Headlights (halogen converted from HID)

    Dash indicator lights up.
    High beam indicator lights up when lever is pushed forward
    parking and tail lamps work
    fog lamps work and go out when lever is pushed forward to high beam
    high beam fuses are good
    headlight relay clicks when the headlight switch is turned on and off

    Cruise

    Dash indicator lights up
    Unresponsive when attempting to set it.

    Any thoughts?

    I have found the two hi beam fuses and the two low beam fuses, all are good, relays seem to be good. I don't know if there is a fuse common to both. I checked voltage on the small battery with the car off, it was 12.27.

    Hi wilson you have duplicate posts for same problem .... I answered you problem in the other post.

    anyway there is a 40 amp fuse and relay that you will need to check..

    the fuse is labeled 40A HEAD and the relay should be near the fuse labled H-LP (head light power relay)..

    There under the hood..

    As far as the cruse light could you be confusing the blue high beam indicator for cruse..as cruse indicator is spelled in text cruse light up blue... Other wise I see no relation between cruse control and head lights..
