I have the above situation. The car has been sitting since December and I just replaced the 12v battery. Any suggestions?

Usually with these symptoms you have multiple warning lights on the dash and error codes stored in memory... Getting the error codes read is the first step.

It’s not only the ebrake light, it’s also the you have a very large brake actuator assembly problem light. Is there a constant beep going on as well?

    mileage please.

Is the car starting and charging the traction battery?

Are you seeing the speedometer and gear lights?

How long have you owned the car?

It's not only the ebrake light, or the you have a very large brake actuator assembly problem light, it's also the you have one of about 198 other possible problems some of which are trivial and some of which are serious light.

So, as always, it's the don't set anybody's hair on fire just yet but read the trouble codes light.
