2005 rear defrost not working

    I have a 2005 and recently my rear defroster has stopped working. the top, bottom windows and the side mirrors wont heat up. I get no voltage to the rear window. the relay and 40 amp fuse test good. any help?

    Service manual time. There is a bunch of stuff involved in order to turn the defogger and mirror heat relays on. (Does the dash indicator and MFD "button" indicate that the system is trying to turn on?) I would think you might need to scan the whole car with Techstream to check for faults in a module that could affect the system (ie, the MFD, CM, gateway, or HVAC ecu's).
