This was to replace a totaled 2002 Prius, so we were in a hurry, and were working with several dealers in the Bay Area.

We would have accepted Seaside or Salsa, AM or BC, but Seaside AM was our preference. Bob Martin of Hansel was first to get us a car -- he called me on the morning of 24 June, and we drove it home that evening.

The worst part of the process was driving from Los Gatos to Petaluma on a Friday afternoon.

No problems with the deal, the transaction, or the visit to the finance department. I will be getting the extended warranty and prepaid service from Toyota of Greenfield (see the sticky posting at the top of every forum), since they are far less expensive.
