2006 calendar

    The search facility doesn't seem to be working at present so I have been unable to find out anything about the calendar. Four questions:
    1. Are pictures still being considered?
    2. If so what's the deadline?
    3. When is publication expected?
    4. Does the price of $16 include mailing cost to anywhere in the world?
