Red Triangle came on and I knew it was a return to replacing another battery module. I bought the car and needed to replace 2 modules and this about a year another module went south. Since I purchased a low mileage Prius C battery pack I figured it was time to move the newer modules to the 2006 along with purchasing 8 low mileage modules from ebay. Put it all back together and still had the same codes. I had even replaced the sensing wire harness which includes new copper buss bars.
I happen to have an old HV computer from a previous repair on an 06 that shorted the sensing wire harness inside the connector and burned off 6 pins. I wired around the connector, soldering wires to the board to replace the 6 burnt pins. Put it all back together and its back on the road.
The temporary HV computer seem to be damaged when I lost the last module.
