I really like my 2007 Prius, but the check engine light came on and with my code scanner I
    received the following 3 problems:

    C1256
    Accumulator low pressure malfunction.

    C1300
    Malfunction in engine control unit.

    P0301
    Cylinder 1 misfire detected.

Sound like I have serious problems.
Any information and direction would be appreciated .
    Thanks H. Hampton.

ANY time you have codes which are seemingly unrelated that show up all together................
The prudent thing to do is first check the 12 V battery and it's connections.

You can check why cylinder 1 is having an issue, only 3 common causes.

    Plugs
    Coil
    Fuel Injector

Thanks for all the replies. I took my Prius to a shop that does Prius repair and their answer was that the anti skid brake unit was at fault.
They quoted $2500 for the repair. My Blue Reader gave me the same (but more detailed) report of the same fault. I will not pay this
for the repair. I will drive the Prius as is and see how many more miles I can get from it. Thanks again.

Well you had better drive it REAL carefully because now you probably do NOT have anti-lock brakes anymore.
If you are lucky they will still function as standard brakes.

I think you should find a big, empty paved space somewhere and do a HARD stop or two to see how it acts.
Without ABS, it might throw you into a NASTY spin.

Actually, I have been driving without ABS for some time with no problems. But thanks for your help and reply.

    What is the odometer reading?

Your car has at least 2 problems.

    1. The brake actuator needs to be replaced; consider installing a used unit which you can buy on eBay for ~$300
    2. The engine has a misfire in cylinder 1. As previously stated, this might be due to a spark plug, spark igniter, or fuel injector. This potentially could be a relatively easy issue to resolve.
