2007 Prius with Bluetooth controls on steering wheel but no phone in nav

I recently bought a 2007 Prius with nav. It has bluetooth controls on the steering wheel but no phone in the info section of the nav touch screen. Is this normal or am I missing something?

Doesn't sound normal to me. Does it actually have nav? Is it factory nav?

Next to the touchscreen, do you have 4 buttons on the left and 3 on the right? On the right of the screen, are there the DEST and MAP buttons?
