For Sale 2008 Prius, 176k miles, new toyota oem hybrid battery, $6,500

    Original owner here, bought car in April of 2008 from local Toyota dealer with no miles on it. Options included cruise control, smart key and backup camera. Hybrid battery was replaced with Toyota OEM battery in December 2022. All struts replaced with KYB in December 2022. Electric and mechanical water pumps have been replaced. Tires were last replaced with 70k mileage tires on 1/6/2018 at 147k miles. 12v battery last replaced on 4/19/2019. Receipts available. AC works well. 46 mpg average for 14,000 miles tracked. Car runs and drives fine. No issues. Clean original blue Texas title. Never flooded. Catalytic converter is protected with a metal shield riveted to underside of car. Oil replaced every 5k miles with full synthetic. Car located in Houston, Texas. Valid inspection and registration thru March 2024. I love this car. It has been hands down the best car I've ever owned. I hate to sell it but I inherited a much newer RAV4 and don't need two cars. Asking $6,500. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    I'm new in north Houston, and I was wondering if you've found any "honest independent hybrid mechanics" in the Houston area?
    I have a 2009 Prius (in San Diego) that I am probably going to sale by early August. There is an outside chance that I bring it to Houston, but not if I have to use dealership mechanics
