Got a 2008 Prius for my daughter. Well coming home yesterday she and several other cars ran over a piece of tire from a diesel flat that was in the road.. well it flattened a lot of tires. Anyway it got her 2 right side tires and a rim.. got that fixed and was going down the road then all the sudden it slowed down like it was losing power.. it runs fine for a few minutes the drops down to 10-25 mph and won’t go any faster.. crank it back up and goes fine for few minutes then does same thing.. I know the piece hit something underneath the car but I can’t see anything. Not even sure if that has anything to do with it..need help

Take it to a mechanic with a lift and have the underside inspected carefully. Could be a fuel line - the symptoms are consistent with gradual loss of fuel pressure.
