2008 Prius with Bad HV battery

    I have a 2008 Toyota Prius and am a student at Rice University. A couple days ago, the main warning light popped up on the dashboard, battery indicator on the screen seemed to drop in level pretty quickly, and the battery fan in the back kept running as well. I went to a local auto shop and they said that battery cell #9 needed to be replaced. Is there any place in Houston that can fix the battery at an affordable price?
